Nutrition Coach

At an early age, I became very aware of the relationship between health and quality of life. This evolved into a passion through my education. After completing my M.S. in Physiology in 2002, I became a personal trainer and nutrition coach. It quickly became clear to me that food was the more challenging of the two for people to navigate. My goal as a Nutrition Coach is to work with each client to find a realistic, sustainable and flexible nutrition program that fits into their current lifestyle, while making it as simple as possible. The more I understand a client, the better I can help facilitate their desired changes and be a constant source of support in a manner that fits their needs.

Fun Fact: My first name is a plant. My middle name is a flower. I am 100% a nature lover.
