Life & Personal Development Coaches
Jen Daly, CPCC
Whole Life Coach
I believe you already hold what you need to grow and succeed. My coaching creates space to pause, gain clarity, and challenge the beliefs that hold you back. I meet you where you are whether you're navigating a transition, feeling stuck, or personal growth in general and help you reconnect with your strengths, values, and goals. Together, we build the awareness and confidence needed to move forward with intention and lasting momentum.
Fun Fact: I’ve ridden in the Goodyear Blimp, not once, but twice!

Krysta Sadowski, PCC
Life & Personal Development Coach
I believe deeply in the transformative power of helping people connect to their innate strengths and inner wisdom to lead more intentional, happy, whole, healthy, connected and values-aligned lives. I support clarity seekers navigating life decisions, burnout survivors who want to thrive again, job changers, new and expecting parents, and many others to chart their path to a more vibrant, intentional, and fulfilling life. While there is no single ‘right’ recipe for life, I do believe that there is a recipe that is right for you!
Fun Fact: At the risk of exposing my ‘vintage’ I once opened for Hootie and the Blow Fish at a music festival in the 90’s.
